HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.


  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  2. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  3. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  4. Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  6. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  7. Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  8. Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  9. Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and initiatives.
  10. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.
  11. Assist in HR reporting and analytics to track key HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 0-1 year of experience in HR.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  5. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  7. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
  8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
