JOB Description
Total should be 6-10 Years- experience in SAP
At least 5+ years of experience in ABAP development
Hands-on experience working on Interfaces: Flat Files, Proxies, IDOC
Hands-on experience working on Smart Forms Scripts, OOPS and ALV
Hands-on experience working on Odata Services
At least 2-3 years of extensive experience on Workflows, Enhancements (Implicit/Explicit, BADI Enhancements), and Parallel Processing
Sound knowledge on performance tuning and code optimization
Hands on experience in creating artifacts like Functional Specification, Technical specification, Unit testing document, etc.,
Good to have SAP PI and SAP Basis understanding
System upgrade knowledge a plus
Work closely together with functional consultants and business key users
Knowledge and working experience on various ticketing and testing tools.
Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
Good experience in handling multiple vendors and multiple teams within a project.
A working knowledge of SAP application area, and experience with SAP Activate Methodology
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
Ability to work independently as well as multi-task, ability to drive manage client engagements
Willing to travel to client locations when necessary
