1. Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for subscription products, apps, or services purchased from YantrAdhigam.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development
- Implementation services
- Consulting fees
- Modules delivered with source code
- Ongoing maintenance or support fees
3. Refund Window
App purchases must be requested within **7 days**. Services cannot be refunded after delivery or milestone acceptance.
